Phase-one rights standard

Your work stays yours.

Gratisfy stores the source, revisions, and consent records needed to make portable exports without claiming ownership of your characters.

What you confirm

Before an import or release, you must confirm that you own the text and assets or have permission to distribute them. Keep attribution, licenses, and reuse restrictions accurate for every revision.

What Gratisfy records

Each release creates an immutable revision, a rights declaration, and a separate consent receipt for every selected destination. Imports remain private and never opt a card into the public archive.

What Phase 1 does outside Gratisfy

Chub and Saucepan are export-only. Gratisfy prepares downloadable bundles and does not sign in to, submit to, or change a third-party account.

Removing archive access

Public and unlisted archive access is controlled separately from external exports. Returning a card to private removes anonymous access to its published revision; revoked or expired unlisted links return not found.
